Our Approach

Meet the Founder
Our founder, Hannah Pugh, is passionate about nutrition and fitness. Hannah has been a qualified personal trainer since 2019 and graduated with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science in 2021. Hannah took a particular interest in nutrition and mindful eating which led her to further study for a Diploma in Nutrition which she graduated with in 2024.

Hannah has worked with a multitude of clients in the health and fitness industry from as young as 14, to as old as 80! Hannah also has experience in group fitness and netball-specific training.

Hannah's passion for netball started as a player which also led to umpiring and coaching over the years. More recently, Hannah ran a pre-season netball fitness programme for Hawke's Bay netball players designed to prepare athletes for the demands of the upcoming season.

Hannah hopes to lead by example and inspire others to achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle while eating foods they love!
Our Process
Our process is centred around understanding your unique needs and goals. We start with an initial consultation which includes a thorough assessment of your current lifestyle, dietary habits, and fitness level. This forms the foundation for crafting a personalised nutrition and/or exercise plan that aligns with your goals.
Once your personalised plan is in place, we provide continuous support and guidance, making adjustments as needed to ensure your progress. Whether it's through meal planning, workout routines, or lifestyle modifications like managing stress and sleep, we are committed to being with you every step of the way.
Through our process, we not only equip you with the tools for success but also the knowledge to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle in a sustained way.
